I found a totally Free YouTube Downloader - plugin for Internet Explorer. Now the version 1.2.1 is available

-IE 8 supported
-Easy to access
-Extremely convenient

Open YouTube page, simply click the button on your IE toolbar and the video immediately starts to download.
